This support portal is provided for authorized IUIC use only. By accessing or using this system, you agree to the following:

Authorized use

• Use this system only for IUIC support requests and official business.

• Do not attempt to bypass security controls or access areas you are not authorized to use.

Confidentiality / No external sharing

• Ticket content, attachments, and user information are IUIC confidential.

• Agents and users are prohibited from downloading, printing, screenshotting, copying, forwarding, or posting any ticket content on social media or external platforms.

Account security

• Keep credentials confidential and do not share accounts.

• Notify an administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable content

• Do not submit unlawful, malicious, or inappropriate content.

• Provide accurate information to help IUIC resolve your request.

Enforcement
Violations may result in access removal and further action consistent with IUIC policy and applicable law.
